Delphine Desgurse is Head of innovation within the Digital Business Unit of Groupe La Poste . She has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning and innovation as well in industrial sectors, she began within PSA automotive manufacturing group, as in the telecom, IT and energy sectors as a consultant and nowadays in the services. She entered Group La Poste in 2009 in order to contribute through innovation to the company digital transformation challenge. The innovation department drives prospective analysis, and disruptive projects according to La Poste strategic focus on new business development. It has allowed thanks to a high involvement in open innovation with start up to the actual recognition of the innovative drive of La Poste within the French digital ecosystem. Delphine Desgurse holds a MBA from ESSEC business School (F) and a MSc in development economics from Sussex University (UK).
